It feels like zero degrees out side, but that does not stop New Yorkers from shopping and finding great deals for the holidays. One such place was at the Soho Grand Hotel. The trunk show/cocktail party featured the up-and-coming line Annabelle, by fashion designer Anna McCraney (winner of “The Fashion Show,” a reality TV show). Anna’s holiday line of party dresses was elegant. simple, yet made a statement in its bold African prints. Young ladies, modeling pieces from the collection, walked around and greeted the guests. The garments looked very flattering, fun, and easy to wear. You can check out and shop Anna’s line at http://www.annamccraney.com/ .
Other featured artists were jewelry designers Chris Habana, Kelacala Q, Von Kottwitz, and Katie Maguire/24KT. Each designer had his/her own unique style and vision. Chris Habana jewelry is edgy and playful with dark gothic elements mixed in. Chris’s line is sold worldwide and has been featured in top magazines. You can learn more about Chris and check out his collection at http://www.chrishabana.com/ . Kelacala Q collection was filled with beautiful adornments, for both men and women, that have a unique style and rebellious quality. Each piece had a timeless and eclectic feeling.
